Hello again,
Unfortunately today threatened to be a bit of a washout, with a load of rain and snow promised. We made our way from our hotel to the tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown, in order to try to see it before the weather really broke. Arriving, we realised that it doesn't really open until next week! It was bizarre, wandering through semi-deserted, icy cold windblown streets (it felt just like Hastings in January)

However, we soon got in the car and drove around the many little coast roads which dive through the huge wooded sandunes all around, and all was good.
We drove all the way back along the Cape during the afternoon, along the older 'Kings Highway', which passes through lots of picturesque towns called Chatham and Yarmouth and Barnstable (honest). It started to rain by the time we passed Plymouth, and on the outskirts of Boston, during rush hour, it was snowing. We stopped at a place called Waltham and warmed up. Tomorrow is our last day with the car before we leave the Boston area.
Til next time,
Love
Dave and Sarah XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
